Active•Senior Yoga July 2
Mat yoga will be held on Mondays and Thursdays, and the chair yoga class will take place on Fridays. All classes will be held in the Central Christian Church gymnasium. LMHS will provide yoga mats, blocks, and straps for use during the classes. Participants may bring their own equipment and are encouraged to bring a water bottle. Changing rooms are available for use.
Space is limited and registration is required. Participants are asked to commit to the entire 6-week course and may register for Chair Yoga and one of the two Mat Yoga classes. To register, or for more information, call the Licking Memorial Events Line at (220) 564-1560.
